These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GuestSeater’s website and services. By using GuestSeater, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

GuestSeater provides an AI-powered seating planning tool for events. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you input.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Content and data

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting guest or event data, you grant us the limited rights necessary to provide the service.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Seating recommendations and limitation of liability

GuestSeater provides automated and AI-assisted seating recommendations based on the information, preferences, criteria, and rules provided by users and their guests.

While GuestSeater aims to generate suitable seating arrangements, the generated seating plan is a recommendation only. GuestSeater does not guarantee that every guest will be seated correctly, that all preferences or relationships will be satisfied, or that the generated arrangement will be suitable for every event or circumstance.

The event organizer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final seating arrangement before using, distributing, printing, exporting, or implementing it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GuestSeater is not responsible or liable for losses, costs, charges, disputes, complaints, event-related expenses, or other damages resulting from or connected with the use of a generated seating arrangement, including incorrect seating, inaccurate guest information, incompatible guests being seated together, guests being omitted, or seating preferences not being satisfied.

GuestSeater is also not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly entered information supplied by the event organizer or guests.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

General limitation of liability

GuestSeater is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
